excessive heathard bed
The room temperature was excessively high, despite multiple requests to the staff for adjustment. This. additionally, the bed was uncomfortably firm, contributing to poor sleep quality. i found the combination of excessive heat and a hard bed detracted significantly from my overall experience. these issues need addressing to improve guest satisfaction.

The location was central. I could easily walk to many attractions. breakfast offered a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients (especially the pastries!).
The in-room temperature control was a bit tricky. It took some time to adjust to a comfortable setting.

The location is convenient. Everything is easily accessible, including shops, cafés, restaurants, and main attractions. I found the hotel ambiance cute. The hotel is quiet and easily accessible! The room layout felt very well considered.
The glass door to the toilet was a little unusual because it lets sound through easily. Though it didn't really bother me.

The room lacked adequate storage. There was only a small hanging area and one drawer. it was difficult to keep our belongings organized, and we had to use the window seating for storage. this was inconvenient.

The location was acceptable for exploring the area.
The temperature in my room was far too hot, even after i reported it to the staff several times. i also found the bed to be too hard. i did not appreciate this given the high price i paid for my stay. it's frustrating when basic comforts are not met, despite repeated attempts to resolve the issues with the staff.
